Since 2013, Mr. Lesiak has served as Senior Advisor, Investment Banking with Canaccord Genuity Corp. and was previously Managing Director and Global Head of Mining Research. Mr. Lesiak has over 20 years of experience in equities research in the metals and mining sector which included positions at UBS (Toronto) and HSBC (New York and Toronto)
Mr. Lesiak has not entered into a non-competition or non-disclosure agreement with the Corporation.
